The Bug Clinic offers shipment to the US, Canada and
most countries worldwide.
We try to ship all orders as soon as possible and usually within 24
hours. Our shipping point is Spring Valley, NY, USA. New York
Customers: We are required to collect sales tax on shipping charges in
addition to tax on the product. This will be included in the total sales
tax amount shown.
Payment:
We accept the four major credit cards and PayPal.

online, by telephone and by mail order. Our

Handling Charges:
Currently, we have no handling charge. Charges
are based on published rates charges for each service. UPS rates fluctuate
monthly with the adjustments for the cost of fuel.

How We Determine Freight Charges:
Freight charges are based on the weight of the package. We are not
looking for profit on freight charges - we just want to recover our costs.

which will bring you to another page which will show that information.
Shipping Methods Available:
In the US, we ship via US Post Service methods
including Priority Mail, Express Mail, or UPS. For International shipments, we offer Express
Mail International, Priority Mail International (not available everywhere),
First Class International and UPS Worldwide Services.
You may visit the
US Postal Service web site to calculate
delivery time for orders shipping outside of the US. Please note that we
are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the postal authorities or
Customs officials. Duties, taxes or fees may be applicable in your
country.
UPS Ground Shipments within the US are delivered in one to seven days after we ship. UPS
delivers on weekdays only. Saturday service is available in some areas for an additional
charge, but only when combined with Next Day or Second Day Air Services for orders shipping on a
Friday or Thursday respectively. Saturday delivery is not an available option at our online
store, but it may be arranged by calling us toll free number at 800-433-1128 or
845-356-2837.

Our Return Policy:
We will provide a full refund for merchandise that is returned
prepaid within 30 days of purchase and is undamaged and unused. The refund
will applied to the credit card used for the purchase.

Our
policy regarding the sale of products to the State of California:
The state of
California has informed us that we must comply with legislation that applies to
the sale of all pesticides into California. This law
requires us to register as a dealer, pay a 2.1% environmental protection fee
("mill" tax) on all pesticide sales, report these sales (or lack of sales)
quarterly and retain records of these sales for four years. We have
made a company decision not to participate.
Therefore, we will no
longer sell pesticide products to California. Items that we will
sell include traps, organic based products such garlic and castor
oil and a few others.
You may
contact us if you
are uncertain of the status of a product. If you order an item that we
will not ship, we will notify you promptly.
